Tuesday 07 July - Beat the Manager - Round 9: Allinson v Perry

With the contest delicately poised at 4-4, Lucas Perry becomes the latest player to take on manager Lee Allinson in round 9 of Beat the Manager.

With Lee taking the point last week against Joe Howe, things couldn't be more delicately poised going into today's clash that has now been uploaded to the HFCTV YouTube channel with all to play for.

The video can be found, as ever, at the HFCTV YouTube channel and also at the below link.

Sunday 05 July - Allinson delighted to net James

Whilst the first-team returned to training yesterday at Silver Jubilee Park, Lee Allinson was busy adding to his striking options by confirming the signing of 25-year old centre forward Dwade James from Walthamstow.

Lee is delighted to have beaten off strong competition to sign a player who was in high demand having netted 40 goals in 39 matches in all competitions last term, that coming after scoring 41 goals in 2018/9 for Walthamstow and Leyton Athletic.

We're delighted to have Dwade on board for the new campaign and wish him a successful stay at Silver Jubilee Park. A video covering some of his many strikes from last season can be seen at the link below.

Saturday 04 July - First-team return to training

The first-team squad returned to training today with a gentle session at Silver Jubilee Park to keep fitness levels ticking over.

Although we have no date for our return to action, boss Lee Allinson has taken the opportunity with the reduction in social distancing guidelines to get the players in and run the rule over them.

Sessions will continue every Saturday until a start date for the new campaign is confirmed at which point pre-season preparations will ramp-up in earnest.

As soon as the start date for the new season is known and our pre-season programme begins to take shape, we'll let you know via all the usual online channels.
