Monday 30 March - Season Ticket refunds / Twelfth Man

Now that the season has officially ended, it is only right that the club offers those supporters who purchased season tickets a refund to reflect the fact that they were not able to attend the last 5 home League matches.

To get your refund please contact Daz Bloor at

One of the consequences of the voided season is that, while the club still has financial obligations to meet, there are no further opportunities for the club to earn gate receipts until next season.

A number of supporters have kindly offered to help by donating the money that they would have spent attending those matches that will now not take place.

The 12th Man Fund remains open with around £10,000 already pledged against our target of £25,000. All donations - large or small - will go directly to Lee's budget for next season.

You can make donations by bank transfer or by PayPal.

The Trust bank account details are:

Hendon Football Club Supporters Trust

Account number - 65195222

Sort code - 08-92-99

To donate by PayPal, just click here

If you want any more information, please contact Simon at

Thanks in advance for your kind support - hopefully this will enable Lee to strengthen the squad and give us a 2020/21 season to remember.

Take care and stay safe.

Thursday 26 March - New kit supplier deal signed

The club are delighted to announce that we have an agreement in place for a new kit supplier for the start of next season.

We have signed a 3-year deal with Hummel, who through KC Sports Teamwear, will supply the first team home and away kit, as well as training and travelwear clothing.

The home shirts will be green and feature the famous Hummel chevrons across the chest, whilst the away kit will revert to light blue and feature the chevrons on the arms.

We look forward with excitement to our new relationship with Hummel and KC Sports and thank them for their excellent customer service so far.

This deal brings to an end our association with Adidas who have supplied kit for our first-team and youth-teams for more than 15 years. We'd like to thank them for their amazing support over that time.

Thursday 26 March - League season ended

The Southern League have this afternoon released a further statement confirming that the 2019/20 season has been terminated with immediate effect.

The statement reads:

"The FA and Leagues at Steps 3 to 6 have reached a consensus that the 2019/20 season for Steps 3 to 6 will be ended with immediate effect and all results will be expunged.

This will mean that there will be no promotion or relegation of Clubs between Steps 3 to 6, or relegation from Step 2.

In light of the above, these decisions will also apply to the Leagues and Clubs at Step 7 of the National League System.

The FA will continue to assist and support the National League to determine the outcome of the 2019/20 season."

Tuesday 24 March - Southern League Statement

Due to the unprecedented crisis the country is going through the Southern League have today released a statement confirming that they have applied, along with the Northern and Isthmian Leagues for the season to be terminated with immediate effect. This decision is subject to ratification by the FA Council.

The statement reads:

The Alliance Leagues held the latest of several conference calls last night (Monday) after our own board, and those of the Isthmian and Northern Premier Leagues, met over the weekend to determine how we wish to proceed. We have also participated in calls with the Step 5/6 clubs.

The Step 3 & 4 Leagues share clubs’ frustration that it is taking so long to determine whether the 2019/20 season is to end now, and if so on what basis. To maintain the integrity of our competitions, we ideally need to apply one solution across all of the National League System. However, this may not be possible.

The Southern, Isthmian and Northern Premier Leagues are unanimous in wanting to terminate the 2019-20 season immediately.

Whether that is done on the basis of determining final placings via average points per game, or the season is declared null & void cannot be decided until the National League decides how it wishes to proceed.

Right now, the National League’s position is that they wish to be able to resume the 2019-20 season at some point. The feeder Leagues do not support this because our clubs do not have the financial resources to continue to honour player contracts indefinitely.

The Southern, Isthmian and Northern Premier Leagues have therefore implemented the process to terminate the season. This has to be ratified by FA council, so there may be a short delay as the relevant documentation is submitted, distributed and approved. Therefore, the League's desire is not the confirmed outcome.

Whilst this process is on-going, and once the National League has finalised how it wishes to proceed, competition issues can then be decided, together with the implications for promotion and relegation.

With social distancing the new buzzword during the Coronavirus crisis, the club is aiming to set up a directory of people associated with the club who are willing and able to help other Hendon fans or anyone else based around the Kingsbury or Cricklewood areas who are self-isolating and who would benefit from someone doing some shopping for them or just giving them a call from time to time.

Lu Lawrence will be the initial contact person both for those who are able to help and for those in need of help so please contact her at or on 07900 696128 if you’d like to join the directory.

Tuesday 17 March - Easy Fundraising

With the next few months likely to see an increase in people self-isolating and using online delivery for regular shops, supporters are able to continue to support Hendon Football Club when shopping online via the Easy Fundraising website.

As all matches have been postponed for the forseeable future, the club will not be receiving any matchday income yet still has a number of financial commitments to meet, not least to those players and staff currently under contract to the club.

By heading to an online retailer via our Easy Fundraising page (see the link below), that retailer will donate a percentage of the amount spent back to the football club at no extra cost to yourself. This is a really quick and easy way in which supporters will be able to help minimise the financial impact on the club during the coming weeks and months.

Saturday 07 March - Points shared at Walton

Hendon came away from their visit to Walton Casuals with a 1-1 draw in a very hard fought contest at the Xcel Hub.

Joe White opened the scoring on 31 minutes, following up Percy Kiangebeni's parried effort before Jerson dos Santos netted on his Walton debut midway through the second half to ensure a share of the points.

Both sides had chances to win the game and goalkeeper Jonathan North left the field injured in stoppage time following a collision, but walked off as Alfie Bonfield made his Hendon debut.

Wednesday 04 March - Depleted Greens grab point

A Hendon side down to the bare bones produced a performance full of character and no little quality to secure a point from the midweek visit to Taunton.

After Harry Kite's snap shot had given the hosts the lead on 22 minutes the Hendon response was instant with Luca Allinson tying things up with his first goal for the club that took a deflection on its way in,

Joe White netted with a fierce strike that cannoned off the underside of the bar on its way in and Simeon Olalerin's scuffed effort that bobbled over the foot of Lloyd Irish gave Hendon a 3-1 half time lead.

The hosts piled on the pressure in the second half with Matt Wright reducing the arrears midway through the half. Hendon looked threatening on the break but eventually the home side's pressure told and Wright planted a header beyond Jonathan North to ensure the points were shared in an entertaining, pulsating encounter.
