Dons lose in controversial circumstances

Hendon lost to the only goal this afternoon, as a Richard Jolly strike in the first half earned Carshalton all three points at their War Memorial Ground.

Horsham game arranged for January

One of our outstanding league games has now been arranged for January 7th, when the Greens will host Horsham in the game that was posponed due to our visitor's cup run.

Greens fail to do enough

A combination of poor luck and good shot stopping from travelling 'keeper Ollie Morris-Saunders saw Hendon draw 1-1 with bottom side Heybridge Swifts earlier this evening.

Hendon win at Bedfont

Last night's quickly arranged friendly at Bedfont saw Hendon run out 5-3 winners, taking an unasailable lead in the first half.

Under 16s notch up sole win

Three of our youth teams were in action this weekend, with just one team managing a win.

Gary arranges friendly for Monday

Gary McCann announced this evening that he has arranged a friendly for the first team at short notice to be played on Monday evening.

Second half revenge for Margate

A poor performance from Hendon saw Margate fightback from a goal down and gain revenge for their FA Trophy defeat last month with a 2-1 win.

Heybridge game will go ahead

Wednesday's night fixture against Heybridge has been confirmed to be taking place this week.

Two goals in five minutes sealed a third win in the last four league games for Hendon this evening, AFC Hornchurch being overhauled at their Upminster Stadium.

Youth teams update

It has been a busy three weeks since our last youth section update.

Garner strike a little too late

Glenn Garner notched up his first league goal for the club this evening, but it proved too little for Hendon as they went down 3-1 to Tonbridge Angels.

Kevin goes one better than Casey

Supporters may remember that midfielder Casey Maclaren recently became the youngest person to ever pass 'The Knowledge' - the test that has to be passed to become a fully licenced black cab driver within London.

Greens move back off the bottom

Hendon moved back into 20th place in the Ryman League Premier Division this afternoon, taking advatage of a Ramsgate side that were unusually poor at the back to win 5-1.

Turley joins on loan

Joining the club, initially on a one month loan, Jamie Turley made his first appearance for Hendon in this afternoon's win at Ramsgate.

Margate fixture brought forward

Owing to the cancellation of our home league game with Hastings, we have agreed with Margate to bring forward our fixture to Saturday 22nd November.

October snowball winners

The winners of the October Snowball draw, made at half time during the FA Trophy tie on Sunday, are numbers 66 and 36, taking £238.

Coach to Ramsgate

The club are running a coach to Ramsgate, and as always supporters are welcome to travel on it.

FA Trophy dream ends

Hendon's dream of an FA Trophy run came to a premature end once again as they lost 2-1 to Sutton United in an entertaining game at Vale Farm.
