Hendon have moved to appoint Ben Bukowski as their new permanent manager after agreeing a deal with Harrow Borough.
Ben is well known to Hendon fans after a spell coaching under Gary McCann, who he followed to Hampton & Richmond Borough, before taking the Northwood job in 2022. After leading the Woods to the Step 4 play-offs in his first full season, Ben moved to Harrow last summer charged with stabilising the club at Step 4.
Ben brings Keagan Cole, another familiar face following his spell here as a teenage player between 2016 and 2018, as his assistant manager.
With Ben's appointment, Marc Charles-Smith will be leaving the club following his spell as interim manager. After joining Hendon as assistant manager in the summer of 2023, Marc stepped into the breach following the departure of Lee Allinson. Despite working tirelessly to steady the ship, he leaves with our thanks and very best wishes for his future pursuits.
Ben and Keagan will take training on Thursday evening ahead of their first match in charge on Saturday afternoon.
