A deflected free kick from Callum Duffy denied Hendon all three points from last night's Middlesex derby at Hanwell Town in a game that saw the Greens edge a point closer to safety.
Liam Brooks reached double figures for the season midway through the second half before Duffy's effort levelled things up for the Geordies with 15 minutes remaining.
The point leaves Hendon four points above Harrow Borough and Yate Town, who have both played two games more than The Greens. The point also means that barring a significant swing in goal difference of 18 goals in the next week that Hartley Wintney cannot catch Lee Allinson's side.
Next up is a visit to Dorchester Town on Saturday afternoon.
