A third new signing has been confirmed this afternoon, and we're delighted to be able to announce the return to the club of Niko Muir after an absence of nearly five years.
Niko originally signed for the club in 2012/13 but failed to make an appearance, and returned before the 2016/17 campaign. He made his debut as a substitute in our first ever league match at Silver Jubilee Park against Worthing before scoring 11 times in 27 appearances before signing for Leiston.
Niko's third spell at the club began in the summer of 2017 and he went on to become only the second Hendon player in the semi-professional era to break the 40-goal barrier for the club as the Greens narrowly missed out on promotion.
After moving onto Hartlepool United for an undisclosed fee in the summer of 2018, Niko has enjoyed spells at Woking, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Billericay Town and this season, Hungerford Town, before rejoining us this week.
We have managed to shrug off strong competition from several local rivals to complete the return of Niko, we look forward to seeing him back in action at SJP. He is available for this afternoon.
