Hendon produced arguably their most complete ninety minutes of the season as they defeated Gosport Borough at Silver Jubilee Park this afternoon.

Joe White opened the scoring with a deftly executed finish after five minutes before Dave Diedhiou doubled the lead just before the half-hour with a bullet header to mark his 400th competitive appearance for the club with a goal.

Gosport had Danny Hollands and Harvey Rew dismissed in the second half as Hendon comfortably played out time against the visitor's nine men to seal three points that took the Greens off the bottom of the table.
