Hendon produced another thrilling FA Cup comeback from 2-0 down to force a replay against Step 2 side Chippenham Town at Silver Jubilee Park on Saturday afternoon.
The visitors strolled into a deserved 2-0 lead inside the opening quarter of an hour to take a stranglehold of the tie, however, as with the game with Herne Bay a fortnight ago, Hendon weren't done.
Frank Keita was taken down inside the penalty area to allow Liam Brooks to pull a goal back early in the second half before Brooks followed up a Rohdell Gordon free kick that hit the post in emphatic style to equalise.
Chippenham hit the woodwork twice in quick succession before Hendon were handed a golden opportunity to win the tie. Keita was hauled back just inside the penalty area, a challenge that saw Will Richards sent off. Brooks stepped up again to complete his hat-trick, but was denied by a superb save from Will Henry.
