Hendon survived the loss of a two-goal advantage to overcome National League South side Dulwich Hamlet at Silver Jubilee Park in the last eight of the London Senior Cup this evening.
Jayden Clarke's early goal was cancelled out by Ibra Sekajja before the Greens had the better of the first period, Charlie Grainger being called into action to make three excellent saves. Joe White's far post header five minutes before the break gave Hendon the half-time advantage.
A superb strike on the hour mark by Clarke made it 3-1 to the Greens, a goal that was somehow bettered by Gio MacGregor who fired a wonderful free kick into the top corner from fully 30-yards. Reisse Allasani forced a penalty shoot-out with another fine finish 8 mintues from time.
Christian Smith had his effort saved before Allasani fired over the top and Chike Kandi's penalty was brilliantly tipped onto the crossbar leaving Eren Kinali to finish things off with an emphatic strike to seal a last-four tie with Haringey Borough.
