Hendon edged Swindon Supermarine this evening in a hard-fought match at a very cold Silver Jubilee Park to make it two wins in a row.

Joe White was the Hendon hero with a superb clearance off the line in the first half to deny Jamie Edge and then four minutes after the break he netted the only goal of the game with a superbly taken half volley.

There were chances at both ends after the goal but both sides were very strong defensively as the Greens held on for a very welcome three points and more importantly clean sheet to lift ourselves up to 12th in the table.
