Three goals in the last seventeen minutes saw Hendon to a 4-1 win at Wimborne Town in a game that saw the Greens worked hard before coming good.
A slow start was punished less than two minutes in as Lewis Beale stole in to finish adroitly beyond the exposed Fred Burbidge. Joe White equalised with a neat header from an excellent Eren Kinali cross at the near post on the half hour mark but the Greens had to weather a storm either side of half-time to remain level.
Liam Brooks made it 11 for the season on 73 minutes, sweeping the ball into the top corner from close range after Quba Gordon's header was only partially dealt with before Hamza Semakula netted a brilliant strike from 25-yards that left the goalkeeper with no chance just four minutes later.
Gianni Crichlow finished the scoring late on with a far post finish after more excellent work from Brooks to complete a win that looked more comprehensive on paper than it was on grass.
