Tiverton Town shrugged off a five-and-a-half hour journey from Devon to come out on top in a pulsating Southern League clash at Silver Jubilee Park thanks to two well-taken goals.
After being severely delayed on the journey up to North-West London, the game kicked-off 15-minutes late and it was the Greens that settled first with Joe White scoring after nine minutes.
A virtuoso lob from Dan Hayfield levelled things up ten minutes later before both sides gave as good as they got, created plenty but were unable to add to the scoreline until four minutes from the end as Louis Morrison drove a low strike into the bottom corner from 25-yards.
An unseemly square dance in stoppage time saw substitute Kendall Atagyamfi dismissed for a reaction two minutes into his debut, the Devon side managing to hold on with their man advantage to seal the points and leapfrog the Greens in the table.
