After the Greens had bettered the early stages, Sam Dreyer having an effort brilliantly cleared off the line, a Callum Chugg looping header gave the Magpies the lead on 28 minutes.
Liam Brooks equalised four minutes into the second half before Kyen Nicholas produced a brilliant goal to give the Greens the advantage four minutes after his introduction. Hamza Semakula sealed the points with just seven minutes remaining as his low strike dipped beyond the goalkeeper into the bottom corner.
