Hendon bowed out of the Southern League Challenge Cup this evening at the first time of asking as they went down 4-3 against neighbours Harrow Borough.

Jayden Clarke gave the Greens an early lead before Juan Pablo put through his own goal shortly after to level things up.

Liam Brooks grabbed his first goal of the season with a slick finish before substitute Dernell Wynter equalised on the stroke of half time.

Frank Keita gave Boro' the advantage in the second half before George Moore fired in a fourth with 8 minutes remaining. Shaun Preddie then glanced Shaun Lucien's inswinging cross beyond his own goalkeeper in the closing stages to give Hendon hope but the visitors remained solid to ensure their progression into the next round.
