It was confirmed yesterday that full-back Joe Howe has left the club and accepted the role of player-assistant manager at Southern League Central side Biggleswade Town.

Howe, who joined the club in November 2019 from St Albans City and made 23 appearances, made his debut for the Waders yesterday in their 3-3 draw at Nuneaton Borough. He teams up with former Hendon midfielder Russell Short and defender Stevan Shaw who was with us for some of pre-season.

We'd like to thank Joe for his efforts at Silver Jubilee Park and wish him every success for the next step in his career.
