The London Football Scene website has run an article on Ben Odeje, dubbed the 'boy Pele' who scored more than 400 goals in youth football across 3 seasons before becoming the first black footballer to be capped at any level by England.

Ben was a youngster at Charlton Athletic but failed to make a first team appearance before dropping into the Non League game and made 3 appearances for Hendon in 1975.
