A ruthless and clinical Hendon clinched their first home league win of the campaign with an efficient 4-0 win over Hartley Wintney at Silver Jubilee Park this afternoon.
Joe White got the Greens off to the perfect start heading home in the 3rd minute and he made it 2-0 on 24 minutes when he steered Shaun Lucien's corner home.
Although the visitors ended the 1st half strongly, a speedy opening by Lee Allinson's men after half-time saw the game put to bed with two goals in three minutes. Toby Byron opened his account for the club with a header from a corner before a swift counter-attack from a Row corner that was punched clear by Matrevics ended with Jayden Clarke calmly beating the goalkeeper.
Next up for the Greens is a visit to Poole Town next Saturday.
