After a period of consultation between HFC and Silver Jubilee Park, we are now in a position to confirm the arrangements for the match against Wingate on Tuesday evening.

As stated previously, we take the COVID-19 situation extremely seriously and the welfare of all supporters at our matches is paramount. Therefore, we will stage this match with caution as we need to be confident that when we do open our doors to the public (our aim is for the St Albans match), all our volunteers have been fully trained and equipped to manage the situation.

Based on our limited capacity, attendance will be limited to Vice Presidents, Trust Board members, Supporters Association Committee members and our other regular volunteers. All those listed above should have been personally contacted by the club.

We know some of you will be disappointed but we hope you will see that there is a wider battle to be had here, and delaying full attendance while we feel confident we get it right is in everyone’s best interests. The match will be filmed, so highlights will be available on our HFCTV YouTube channel afterwards.
