Tomorrow sees the Greens returning to competitive action after a break of 161 days as we take on Balham in the Quarter Finals of the 2019/20 London Senior Cup.

Balham, who were formed as recently as 2011 and have since enjoyed a meteoric rise to the Premier Division of the Combined Counties League where they were 13th at the time of the early conclusion of last season, previously ground-shared at Colliers Wood United but will be at Croydon Athletic this coming season.

This tie, a repeat of the quarter-final in the 2017/8 season which Balham upset the form book to win 2-0, will take place at Bedfont Sports with a 6pm kick-off.

After beating us in that quarter-final two and a half years ago, Balham went on to lift the trophy at Silver Jubilee Park having dumped out Dulwich Hamlet in the semi-finals, beating Cray Valley Paper Mills 4-1.

The winners will take on Wingate & Finchley at home in a tie likely to take place on the week commencing 24th August 2020.
