The dates for the FA Cup have been confirmed as have the list of exemptions and we will enter the competition on Tuesday 22nd September in the 1st Qualifying Round.

13 step 3 clubs have been entered in the Preliminary Round including Farnborough, Hartley Wintney, Harrow Borough and Wimborne Town from the Southern League South Premier Division, however we have an exemption to the 1st Qualifying Round.

The prize fund has also been confirmed and after record levels of investment over the past two seasons, the money on offer has been scaled back by approximately 50% to similar levels of the 2017/8 season.

Should we progress through the 1st Qualifying Round we will earn £2,250 with losers at that stage earning £750 in prize money.

This season the FA has confirmed that there will be no replays in the qualifying rounds due to the truncated season so all ties will be played to a finish at the first attempt. The rules for the competition proper will follow nearer the time.

In the FA Trophy we have received an exemption to the 3rd Qualifying Round due to be played on Saturday 31st October.

As with the FA Cup the prize money on offer in the FA Trophy has been reduced with £2,450 on offer to those successful in the 3rd Qualifying Round and the losers receiving £625.

The FA have also confirmed that there will be no replays whatsoever throughout the entirety of the competition. All ties will be settled at the first time of asking including the semi-final which is to be played over a single leg this season.

As soon as the draws are made for us we will release them via the website and social media.
