A much improved performance from Hendon was in vain as missed first half chances came back to haunt them against title chasing Weymouth, with the Terras turning around a half-time deficit to win 3-2.

The Greens should have been a couple of goals ahead by the time Matty Harriott opened the scoring with a measured finish and then squandered a couple of other presentable openings before the break.

Jordan Ngalo equalised midway through the second period from distance before Brandon Goodship's low strike found its way in and then, with ten minutes remaining a quite brilliant strike from 25-yards from Jake McCarthy gave the visitors a 2-goal cushion.

Obi Ogo pulled a goal back late on for the Greens from a well-taken free-kick for his first goal for the club, but it was too little too late for the hosts.
