Hendon Under-16s put in a very disappointing performance on Sunday afternoon as they lost 3-0 at Pitshanger. Despite a bright start to the game, they fell a goal behind in the 18th minute as the defence went to sleep. Chances were at a premium at either end, and the second goal didn't come until the 51st minute, and the scoring was completed fifteen minutes later.
Coach Liam Coogan-Jobes said "That was very disappointing this afternoon, we never really got going and we let Pitshanger dictate the game. It's very important that we bounce back next week against Wealdstone. My man of the match today is Shaquille Tyndale-Weekes who did everything we asked of him in the middle of the park."
