Josh Walker, who joined earlier today, became an instant hero as he scored the only goal at Dulwich Hamlet this evening with virtually the last kick of the game.
However, he wasn't the only hero as there were thirteen others as the squad put in an outstanding team performance to frustrate the home side who were unable to find a way past the Hendon backline, and particularly Tom Lovelock. The Greens keeper put in a superb performance, making a string of saves throughout the game.
The winner came in the fourth minute of stoppage time when the ball was cleared forward. Walker picked up possession and found enough space to curl the ball beyond the despairing dive of Preston Edwards to move the Greens up to second in the table.
