Hendon Under-21s made it five wins in a row with a comfortable victory over Kentish Town Reserves at Chase Lodge on Saturday. Hendon took the lead after 19 minutes when Dean Roper scored for the third consecutive game, heading home a corner from Stephen Cunningham. Nine minutes into the second half, the lead was doubled by Dylan Agyako, who knocked home the rebound after a shot from Carl Ciagoro had bounced off the crossbar. Ciagoro was not to be denied and he made it 30 midway through the second half.
"This was a very satisfactory performance," said joint manager Eamon Finn. "Now that we are having a run of games, we are starting to find ourselves as a team. It was a very good victory against a team which was much changed and much improved from when we met them earlier in the season. Our two central midfielders, Carl Ciagoro and Dylan Agyako were superb today and Agyako just shaded the man of the match award."
