The first team picked up their first win of the season, coming away from Merstham wiining by the odd goal in seven.
After Dan Bennett had given Merstham the lead in the 9th minute, the Greens were on level terms almost immediately when Marc Okoye sliced the ball into his own net.
Chris Seeby then put the Greens ahead in the 25th minute, with Arthur Lee doubling the lead with his first goal for the club a few minutes later, before Callum Willock netted to make it 3-2 at half-time.
Seeby restored the two goal advantage in the 55th minute, before the hosts were reduced to ten men when Xavier Vidal was sent off with fifteen minutes to go for a second yellow card. Despite a late goal from Arron Hopkinson four minutes from time, the Greens were able to secure all three points to move up to 16th place in the table.
Next up is a home game against Dulwich Hamlet on Monday afternoon, kick off at 3.00pm.
