Hendon continued their good form with a 2-1 win against a battling Boreham Wood in today's lunchtime kick off. The Greens had the perfect start when Wayne O'Sullivan beat the offside trap and cooly slotted the ball home to score his 16th league goal of the season. Boreham Wood equalised early in the second half when a free-kick was touched to Paull Abbott who sent an absolute piledriver of a shot into the roof of the net from 30 yards, Richard Wilmot did very well to get a hand to it. However, five minutes later Hendon regained the lead when a fine move involving a number of players was finished of by the unmarked Brian Haule.
