The first team won their penultimate friendly of the summer as they defeated Whyteleafe 5-2 at Church Lane on a very warm afternoon.
The Greens took the lead in the 2nd minute when Spencer McCall scored with a 20 yard effort, and within ten minutes Karl Oliyide doubled the lead when he capitalised on a defensive error. The third goal came from the penalty spot, the kick being converted by Mahrez Bettache.
The second half saw the Greens defence hold solid, and in the 70th minute the lead was extended further when Oliyide fired home a close range rebound. The home side pulled a goal back almost immediately through Roscoe D'Sane, and scored a second three minutes from time courtesy of a header from Dylan Ramazani. The final Hendon goal came just before full time scoured by Kezie Ibe.
