As we announced yesterday, preliminary work has started at Silver Jubilee Park. This is not an ideal time to do building works due to the weather conditions but we don't have any choice. The first phase is to excavate the areas where the three stands are to be positioned and install concrete bases with a steel reinforcement.

The first area cleared is behind the park end goal and it is anticipated that all three will have concrete bases in by the end of next week weather permitting.

We will then move our attention to the changing room extension and excavate the footings and lay the foundations.

We are working closely with building control who need to inspect each phase and approve.

Our fingers are firmly crossed that all will be done on time! We will endeavour to keep you all updated as work progresses over the coming weeks.
