The first team's disappointing run of the results continued this afternoon as they lost 3-2 at Canvey Island, despite being 2-0 up ten minutes before the break.

However, the score at half-time was 2-2 as Martin Tuohy and Richard Halle netted to pull the home side level after Aaron Morgan and Luke Tingey, the latter scoring his first goal for the club, had put the Greens in the ascendency.

There was just the winning goal to come in the second half, which was scored by Harrison Chatting in the 71st minute.
