Club chairman Simon Lawrence announced at the awards evening last night that Gary McCann has committed to the club for a further two years. The agreement takes him through to the end of the 2016/17 season.
Gary, who took over as manager in February 2005, has now completed ten full seasons in charge, making him comfortably the longest serving manager in the clubs history.
With Mark Kirby and Mahrez Battache having already joined the squad, Gary is already planning for the new campaign. Further player news will be announced as and when the necessary paperwork has been completed.
