The funeral will take place on Thursday 7th May at 2:45pm at Breakspear Crematorium, Breakspear Road, Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 7SJ.

Flowers to be sent before 12.00pm on the day of the funeral.

If you could like to make a donation, the chosen charities are Men United and The Meadow House Hospice. Men United raises money for research into prostate cancer, and was a charity that John supported hugely, whilst The Meadow House Hospice was where John was wonderfully looked after in his last days.

Flowers can be brought on the day of the funeral along with donations and passed to the funeral directors.
