Speaking after the win over Harrow Borough, an exhausted Gary McCann said "I am delighted to have reached the London Senior Cup Final again and it is fitting reward for every member of the squad.
"The effort from all of the players is unfathomable. I don't know where they get their energy from.
"We did ride our luck a bit, but you earn your luck and we certainly deserved it. They hit the post or crossbar a few times, but we certainly created a number of very good chances of our own which we didn't take, such as the one-on-ones for Peter Dean, Leon Smith (two) and Kezie Ibe.
"The personnel wasn't right for the shape in the first-half, which led to a lacklustre performance. The changes we made at half-time made us better all round.
"The system was much better and more suited to the players available. It was good to have Lee O'Leary back and he made a big difference in midfield and Max McCann had a better second half too."
