We are pleased to announce that we have received a significant grant from the Wembley National Stadium Trust.

The WNST makes grants to clubs and other organisations to improve the range and quality of sporting opportunities available to people in Brent. We have been awarded a significant grant to enable local schools to train and play school matches at Silver Jubilee Park.

Over the last few months a Schools Partnership has been formed and many children are benefitting from the superb facility. Claremont, St Gregory's, Queens Park Community, Robert Southwell, Fryent, Oliver Goldsmith, Roe Green, Preston Manor are just some of the schools using SJP and we believe it will give the youth of Brent the best possible opportunities whilst increasing the Hendon fan base.

The Hendon FC Football Festival for schools is planned for early March and we have 32 teams taking part. We are delighted to receive this award and the recognition for the community work that is being done in Brent.
