Hendon dropped two points in a 1-1 draw at Billericay Town this afternoon in a game that they ought to have won had they taken their first half chances. Both goals came within 30 seconds of each other, Billericay taking the lead in the 25th minute through Billy Bricknell, before Belal Aiteouakrim took advantage of a poor clearance from Darren Blewitt to equalise almost straight from the restart. The point moves the Greens up into 7th place, keeping their play-off hopes alive as they now move into a must-win game against Boreham Wood on Tuesday evening at Claremont Road.
