The first team came away from tonight's game against Billericay Town with a point after 1-1 draw, despite playing for an hour with ten men.

The Essex side took the lead in the 3rd minute through Harry Baker, but the Greens were on level terms after 16 minutes when a Lee O'Leary shot that was going wide was deflected into the net by Ryan Scott.

Hendon were reduced to ten men on the half hour mark when Elliott Brathwaite was dismissed, but about fifteen minutes into the second period Billericay were also reduced to ten when Dylan Casey received his second caution of the evening.

The Greens were the better side through the second half, but were unable to find a way past an unforgiving Billericay defence, whilst Ben McNamara was hardly tested by the visiting forwards, meaning that the game ended all square.
