Gary McCann was a happy manager last night following the draw against Chesham, but admitted that the lack of goals was a concern. 0
"That was a really good friendly," he said. "It was a proper football match and I am sure Chesham will have taken as much out of it as I have.
"I thought we were easily the better side in the first half, but both teams' defences completely dominated. We should have done better with a few of the openings created and the lack of goals remains a worry for me.
"We created some good chances, but didn't take them, especially from Kevin Maclaren and Ollie Sprague's crosses. We have the game against Northwood tonight and then on Saturday at Staines to get things right before the season starts."
