It has been announced this afternoon that Jack Bennett has signed for Margate on a two year contract.

The 23 year old signed for us in February 2013 upon his return from studying in the USA, and made his debut in the 2-1 win at Hampton & Richmond Borough at the end of that month.

This season he made the number 3 shirt his own, and ended up making a total of 58 appearances, scoring 6 goals, some of which were spectacular.
