Gary McCann was satisfield with yesterday's victory and said, "I would take another seven or eight ground-out performances like that, but we need to do a bit more.
"There is mental fatigue as well as physical, and the performance wasn't as pleasing on the eye but it was full of work-rate, endeavour and commitment. It wasn't as fluent as we would have liked, but we managed to get the win.
"We need to be better in the final third and that is not just the front two but also those from deeper on the pitch. Our wide players haven't been as effective in recent games, but that is because of tiredness.
"It has taken an awful lot to get where we are, from the management and players. It is four 1-0 wins in the last nine games and we are still just hanging-on in the play-off picture. We have to keep plugging away."
