It is with regret that we have learnt of the death of long standing supporter Ted Wood, who was involved in a fatal road traffic accident a few weeks ago.

Ted was a regular attender at games, both home and away, and whilst he may have not been known by name to supporters, his face was a very familiar one.

His funeral takes place on Thursday 13th March, with a Requiem Mass at 11am at St Josephs Church, Lambs Buildings, off Lambs Passage, off Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8LE. Nearest stations are Barbican, Moorgate or Old Street.

The burial will then take place at 1pm at Islington Cemetary, 278 High Road, London, N2 9AG, followed by a wake from 2.30pm at The Globe pub, 20 Morning Lane, Hackney, London, E9 6NA.
