Gary McCann was pleased with the win at Carshalton last night in what he described as a difficult game.
"I am pleased with the win. It was a difficult game for us.
"I thought the boys were very professional because games like that are banana-skins. If you are not right then you can slip up, so it is a matter of how you prepare yourself for games and there was a focus from the players that I was very proud of.
"Carshalton are definitely not the worst team we have seen this season. They put in a real shift, but we limited them well.
"We were much more efficient in the second half and limited them to a few pot-shots from distance. We could and probably should have won the game by more than the two goals we won."
