Hendon picked up another three points as they beat Carshalton Athletic 2-0 in a scrappy game earlier this evening.

The Greens took the lead in the 22nd minute when a well worked corner routine resulted in Lee O'Leary heading home, whilst the second goal came early in the second half when Leon Smith hit a shot on the turn that beat the young home keeper.

Whilst Carshalton did have plenty of possession, they never really stretched the defence, which was well marshalled by Casey Maclaren and James Fisher once again.

The result moves the club up to 8th in the table as attention now turns to Thursday evening's semi final against Hampton & Richmond Borough.
