Gary McCann and the squad have a very busy week ahead, but will be wanting to continue the good run of performances and results as Bury Town visit tomorrow afternoon.
In contrast, Bury have failed to win any of their last five games, drawing just one of them, that coming last Saturday at home to Margate, a game which saw Jefferson Louis made his debut for the Kent side. Despite the poor run of results, our opponents lie just a place below us in the table on goal difference, having played a game more.
When we travelled to Suffolk back in October, we ran out 4-0 winners, with goals from Louis, Carl McCluskey, Casey Maclaren and Anthony Thomas, and Bury will be keen to gain revenge.
Kick off at Earlsmead tomorrow is at 3.00pm, with normal admission prices of £10 adults, £5 concessions and free for under 16s.
At the time of writing, no inspection has been arranged. We will put an update on the website tomorrow morning, hopefully before 10.00am, with news on the prospects of play.
