Our visitors for our first Saturday home game of the season are newly promoted Maidstone United, who came up from Division One South last season.

The Stones, who are now based back in their home town, have seen their fortunes turn around since their relegation in 2011, as well as their home attendances go through the roof - with over 2000 attending their opening game of the season against Wealdstone on Saturday.

They have picked up 4 points from their two games so far, drawing 1-1 with Wealdstone, and then winning 2-1 at Carshalton Athletic on Tuesday.

The Greens will be keen to put their disappointing performance and result against Dulwich Hamlet behind them, and bounce back to winning ways. It won't be an easy task as Maidstone have a number of talented players in their squad, including experienced striker Frannie Collin.

Kick off at Earlsmead is at the usual time of 3.00pm. We are expecting a bigger crowd than normal, so we would advise you to arrive early so that we can hopefully avoid any last minute queues at the turnstiles.

The bar will be open as normal before and after the game, as well as at half-time, but we do remind you that alcohol is not allowed inside the stadium.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible tomorrow afternoon for what will hopefully be an entertaining game.
