We have our first home friendly of the summer tomorrow evening when we entertain Conference Premier side Barnet at Earlsmead, kicking off at 7:15pm.
With both sides now playing in the London Borough of Harrow rather than our home borough of Barnet, both clubs are able to empathise with each other about their situations.
Barnet, despite their relegation from the Football League last season, begin a new era as they start life at their new home at The Hive. Those supporters who were at our friendly against Maidenhead United last week will have seen the impressive new stand in the stadium.
The Bees have named former Dutch international Edgar Davids in their squad, he is now their player-manager, so this is a wonderful opportunity to see a famous name in action.
Admission prices are a bargain £5 for adults, £2.50 for senior citizens and students, and free for under 16's. With the slightly earlier kick-off than normal, it is an ideal way to bring your friends and family for what promises to be an entertaining evening of football.
The clubhouse at Earlsmead will be open before the game, at half-time and afterwards, and supporters of both sides will be made very welcome. The usual refreshments will be on sale inside the ground.
A programme will be issued, which will also cover the game against Chelsea U21. It will contain the same number of pages as our normal matchday programme, and will cost £2.
We hope you see as many of you as possible there tomorrow evening.
