The Ryman League have announced this evening that the FA have rejected Thurrock's appeal against playing an ineligible player last season.
The FA also upheld the Ryman League's subsequent decision to deduct three points from their 2012-13 record. The points deduction means that Thurrock are placed bottom of the league relegated and will play in Ryman League Division One North next season, with Carshalton Athletic remaining in the Premier Division.
In a statement on their website, the Ryman League confirmed that the make-up of the league is now settled for the new campaign. Fixtures are due to be released next week.
