A brace of goals from Junior Morias went a long way to earning the Greens another three points as they won 2-1 at Hampton & Richmond Borough.
The result was the 7th away league win in a row - 8th away win in a row including cups - and it moved the club within four points of the play-offs.
Hendon had the better of the first half despite the hosts having quite a bit of possession. The opening goal came in the 31st minute when Dean Cracknell was brought down just inside the box and Morias had no hesitation in converting the spot kick.
The lead was doubled a few minutes later when some fine interplay involving Lee Angol, debutant Jack Bennett, and Morias ended with the latter scoring with a fierce low drive that went under the dive of the home keeper.
Hampton had the better of the second period, but could only pull the solitary goal back when Charlie Moone scored on the hour mark. As has been so often the case over the past couple of months, the back line were in fine form, and restricted the Beavers to just one other shot on target.
The result moves the Greens up to 10th place in the table, having picked up 29 points out of the last 36 available.
