The first team moved up to 12th place in the table this afternoon following their 1-0 win over Bognor Regis Town.

It was another excellent hardworking performance from the Greens, who eventually got their just rewards in the 79th minute when Lee Angol headed home a Scott Cousins cross.

Much of the game was evenly matched, although it was Hendon who had the better chances to score, forcing Nick Jordan into a number of good saves throughout the game, whereas Sean Thomas, playing his first league game of the campaign, had a largely comfortable afternoon.
