The first team have a crucial set of fixtures coming up over the next fortnight, beginning with a must win game at Thurrock tomorrow evening.
The Essex side lie just one place and one point ahead of the Greens, but have two games in hand. With games coming up against the two sides immediately above Thurrock, it is crucial that Hendon start picking up points, and more importantly wins, to ensure that they aren't left cast adrift in the bottom two.
Thurrock drew 1-1 with FA Cup heroes Hastings United on Saturday, and are in their first season at this level since 2004 following their relegation from Blue Square South last term.
For the first time in a number of weeks, the Greens go into the game with no suspensions, meaning that Gary McCann and the backroom staff have a good choice of players to pick. They will be very keen to ensure that the recent good performances are turned into results as a matter of urgency, and will do everything they can to make sure the players are prepared and ready to go.
Kick off at Ship Lane is at 7.45pm tomorrow, with admission priced at £10 adults, £6 concessions and £2 juniors.
