It was a much improved performance from Hendon last night at Lewes, with the Greens the better side for much of the game, with their only fault being their inability to hit the target.
Unfortunately the final ball was either not quite right, or the opening was spurned, and it was Darren Currie who came closest to scoring when his shot cannoned off the inside of the Lewes post in the second half.
Gary McCann was disappointed not to take all three points, and said ""I feel this was two points dropped, rather than one gained, but I thought our performance was much better.
"I said to the boys after the game that if we play like that over the next few games we will win far more matches than we lose."
We apologise once again for the lack of coverage of last night's game. Normal service will resume for Saturday's game at Enfield Town.
