Hendon, who were tired and leggy after Saturday's exertions at Corby, drew 1-1 with Metropolitan Police this evening.

The Greens took the lead somewhat against the run of play in the 23rd minute when Jack Mazzone scored from close range for his 5th goal of the season. However, just before half time, Tyrone Smith pounced on a loose ball and drove it into the net, giving Berkley Laurencin no chance.

The second half saw very little in the way of chances, and both sides will have to be satisfied with just a point.
